This is a good book for men who struggle from time to time with lust. It includes some useful, concrete ways a man can move away from this struggle. This book is a bit shallow for men who are actually addicted to sex or pornography as it does not offer insight into what causes sexual addiction or how to get free from it. It also has one particularly harmful recommendation for wives, telling them they should be sexually available for their husband every 72 hours to help him stay pure, which inappropriately puts responsibility on the wife for her husbands inappropriate behavior. I believe Mr. Arterburn has since retracted that recommendation, but the book still retains it.
